So let a present incident that comes up point you to a time when you felt the same kind of pain.
This is not about regurgitating your past, but rather honing in on the particular feeling.
Just let your mind seep into a time when you felt the same kind of pain
And if you can’t get there, that’s OK because a time will come around again to give you another opportunity.
Just remember that the feelings that are coming up now, came up before you know what you know now.
In other words, you have learned to cover them up with new techniques or ways to handle blame for example. So, in other words, let the little kid feel the feelings rather than you with your new techniques feeling the feeling. Do you see what we mean?
This is going to let you feel the feeling, un-shielded. And this is what you want in order to heal it. You must feel it in its embryo state.
You are feeling separation anxiety because you feel separate from your parents, for example. You feel that your state is so separate from theirs, and you cannot handle the juxtaposition between you. The idea that they are opposite to you.
This is making you feel a sense of confusion and loss in your mind. Just know that the bridge is there.
This doesn’t mean that you have to be in the same space with them all the time. It is perfectly natural and normal and wholly healthy to have spaciousness between you.
Allow for the space to be there while doing the work in your own mind.
You’re feeling the separation anxiety between you and your own spirit. This is really why the loss is being felt so deep.
So you’re getting to the crux of it now and this is very good.
You are handling all this information very well in your mind.
Now, keep it very light and breezy in your mind in the following days.
Do your work every day as laid out here in this channel.
Whenever you feel a slight or you feel offended, just allow your mind to travel back to an appointed place on your timeline where you felt it before.
Go over it with a fine tooth comb and just pick out the emotions. Look at each emotion for the first time, as if you were a child.
Ask your Creator to help you with this moment, and He will.
Own this process, and it will work.
You are loved beyond your greatest imagination.
This is the most important work you will do in this lifetime.
